Twenty-eight years of service in the Australian Army, including command, operational and senior staff appointments in Australia and overseas.

Leadership responsibilities ranged from developing and mentoring junior officers through to advising senior commanders on operations, capability development, experimentation and organisational effectiveness.

Government Advisory and Strategic Reviews

Supported Commonwealth Government agencies through strategic reviews, organisational assessments, workforce planning, capability development and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Projects have included work within the agriculture, biosecurity, border protection, Defence and Antarctic sectors.

Provided governance advice and practical support to boards, directors and senior executives.

This has included governance frameworks, board protocols, policy development, organisational establishment activities, decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.

Business Advisory and Organisational Support

Worked with business owners and executives to evaluate opportunities, address organisational challenges and progress important initiatives.

Support has included strategic planning, organisational reviews, stakeholder engagement, business development activities and executive advisory services.

Indigenous Business and Community Initiatives

Supported Indigenous-owned organisations through governance, workforce planning, capability development and strategic growth initiatives.

This work has focused on creating sustainable organisational capability while supporting commercial and community objectives.
