I have spent more than 35 years helping leaders and organisations navigate important decisions, pursue opportunities and address complex challenges.

My career began in the Australian Army, where I served for 28 years and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During that time I led soldiers, advised senior commanders, managed complex programs and operations, and served in a range of leadership, planning and capability development appointments in Australia and overseas.

Following my military service, I established Remloc Advisory and continued a career supporting organisations across government, industry and the private sector.

My experience has been shaped by leadership roles in Defence, consulting, business and community organisations, as well as years spent mentoring, coaching and supporting leaders at all levels.

Today, I work with business owners, executives, boards and organisational leaders, helping them work through important issues, make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
